Shannon joined Proclinical in the summer of 2021. Shannon specializes in all things human resources and is a resource to all US employees. 

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business from the College of Charleston, Shannon began her Human Resources career in the IT and Healthcare staffing industries. Shannon has extensive knowledge of human resources including, but not limited to employee relations, state, federal and local employment law, compliance, compensation & benefits, onboarding, recruitment, and talent management.
