Ben is the main point of contact for Proclinical’s contractors when undergoing their pre-employment screening process and contractual obligations prior to starting their assignment, whilst providing support to the contract sales team, accounts department and directors.

Ben has been working within recruitment compliance and onboarding for over 7 years, focusing on many sectors including Life Sciences, Finance, Oil & Gas, and Engineering. Ben also oversees all client audit projects ensuring that the delivery of contractor onboarding is managed smoothly and compliantly, along with responding and resolving any queries contractors may have during their contract life cycle.

Ben was once signed to Sony Music as a singer, but later dropped due to an internal management restructure…which still haunts him to this day!
