Saulge joined Proclinical in April 2021. Specialising in primarily quality, engineering, and construction within the DACH region. He typically recruits for QA/QC, CQV, validation, automation, project engineering, process engineering roles, and more.

Prior to joining the company, Saulge worked for close to 4 years at another recruitment company specialising within the life science industry working heavily on end-to-end solutions for clients within the DACH region. Saulge also worked for 1 year in recruitment in a different industry at the start of his career.

Saulge speaks French and English fluently. He is an eager, fast-moving, forward-thinking individual who works hard for his company but even harder for his clients and candidates. He makes sure that all parties within a recruitment process are satisfied and even more importantly happy.
