Jade is a CIPD qualified HR professional who has worked for Proclinical for almost a decade and has watched Proclinical grow from 5 employees to what it is today. Jade has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation and reward, performance management, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, employee relations, and benefits design. Managing HR practises across all of Proclinical's global offices, Jade is excited to see the continued development and growth of Proclinical over the upcoming years.
