Joined the Life Science business as Transformation Director in August 2021. Gordon specializes in transformational activities; maximizing growth, increasing revenue and improving profitability through technology, people and standardization and innovation of processes.

Gordon has a B.A. (Hons)in  Law and Criminology, he also holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and has been trained to green belt level on the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt AgilePM Foundation. With 20+ years of recruitment industry experience, Gordon has held client facing roles across multiple sectors as well as having accountability for shared support functions, including delivery, candidate engagement services, PMO, implementation, supplier management and business analysis and performance.
