Shereen joined Proclinical in 2021 to lead the internal Learning and Development Pathway for our employees.

She started her career in recruitment in 2008 for Reed, and after 4 years focusing on high volume contract recruitment moved into sales training and coaching. CIPD qualified, Shereen has extensive experience in consultancy, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes globally across a diverse range of organisations, including life sciences.
