James is the Vice President of Global Client Services at Proclinical. He is focused on identifying and establishing key strategic collaborations with both emerging biotech and established biopharmaceutical organisations, helping them to understand the external recruitment landscape and assisting with the challenges they face when engaging talent. 

James has 8 years' experience in life science staffing. In this time he has developed and led a range of multi-functional, multi-regional teams, and supported a broad range of clients at a global level.
