Proclinical named International Recruitment Company of the Year for the second year running

Proclinical have been awarded the International Recruitment Company of the Year in the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) Awards for Excellence 2024, which was held in London on 25th September 2024. This marks the eighth ASPCo award for the life science recruitment specialists, who have offices across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

For Proclinical, retaining their title of International Recruitment Company of the Year reaffirms the company’s dedication to expanding its global presence and strengthening its ability to support the growth of individuals, teams, and organisations across the life sciences industry.

APSCo, who have been established for 25 years, showcase businesses that are committed to delivering best-in-class recruitment and outsourcing solutions. In their annual awards ceremony - sponsored this year by Access Recruitment, Barclays, Mishcon de Reya and Workwell International, and Netive – Proclinical were recognised as finalists in two prestigious categories: Recruitment Company of the Year £50-250 million turnover and International Recruitment Company of the Year.

When announcing the International Recruitment Company of the Year accolade, the APSCo panel said, “The judges were particularly impressed by the demonstrably clear and forward-thinking strategy”.
