Employee Relations Partner - Contract - Lexington, MA

Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well establish pharmaceutical company to seek an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our client's team on a contact-basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on managing employee relations issues, conducting workplace investigations, and providing expert advice to management on employee conduct and performance matters. Your work will be crucial in ensuring a fair and compliant workplace environment.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong ability to gather and document information accurately.
  • Experience in conducting thorough workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills for advising management.
  • Familiarity with performance management and progressive discipline processes.
  • Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and related compliance requirements.

The Employee Relations Partner's responsibilities will be:

  • Gather and prepare documentation for employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with managers to draft progressive discipline documentation.
  • Conduct workplace investigations on claims of harassment, discrimination, and compliance issues.
  • Develop investigation plans, conduct interviews, compile documentation, and formulate findings and recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to management on employee conduct and performance issues.
  • Participate in performance management and reduction in force meetings.
  • Manage the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
