Proclinical is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client's team in Lincoln, NE.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on talent management and workforce planning, as well as employee relations and engagement. We are looking for someone who can lead recruitment efforts, partner with department managers for staffing needs, and foster a positive work environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong recruitment and talent management skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with department managers.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Experience in promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and handling disciplinary actions.
The HR Generalist's responsibilities will be:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent for all plant positions.
- Partner with department managers to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
- Foster a positive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Promote and drive initiatives that enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
