Senior Manager - Contract - Remote, US

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manager, Feasibility to lead and manage study-level feasibility processes. In this role, you will focus on generating high-quality data to inform study design and operational planning within the oncology and biotechnology sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to validate enrolment rates and timelines, support global trial optimization, and develop patient recruitment strategies.

- Experience using data to inform clinical strategies.

- Experience in process development and change management.

- Line management experience is a plus.
The Senior Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Lead feasibility processes to provide data for study design and planning.
- Collaborate with teams during CRO-led feasibility activities.
- Support the development of Global Trial Optimization through process initiatives.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to define data assumptions and insights.
- Communicate data-driven decisions to enhance protocol design.
- Manage country landscape assessments and feasibility information collection.
- Engage with external stakeholders for study design insights.
- Deliver patient-level insights for study design and planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities in trial optimization.
- Provide input into vendor management for trial optimization processes.
- Develop patient recruitment and retention strategies.
- Stay informed on clinical trial environment developments.
