Training Manager - Contract - Columbus, OH

Proclinical is seeking a Training Manager to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the onboarding and offboarding processes by establishing training requirements in collaboration with hiring managers. Your focus will be on assessing training needs across various R&D functional areas, working closely with QA Compliance, Testing Facility Management, and site leadership to tailor training programs to fit each learner's job description and responsibilities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Veeva Training Vault & Learn GxP content.
• Strong collaboration skills with QA Compliance and site leadership.
• Ability to assess and tailor training programs to meet specific job descriptions and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining compliance with corporate training standards.

The Training Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by establishing training requisites with hiring managers.
• Assess training needs across R&D functional areas in collaboration with QA Compliance, Testing Facility Management, and site leadership.
• Maintain the GxP Training Learning Management System (LMS) for continued compliance, including managing learner roles, curricula, and training assignments.
• Partner with training management to update training roles and curricula based on business needs, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
