Jana joined Proclincial Staffing in June 2022. Specialising in the medical devices market, Jana is our expert for regulatory affairs and quality roles across Germany. She is also building and leading the medical device team for permanent roles so that she and her team can support our German clients during the whole product life cycle with the best specialists in the market.  

After receiving her Bachelor in Business Management in 2016, Jana entered the recruitment industry. With a background in regulatory affairs recruitment for the medical device and diagnostic industry for more than 6 years, Jana has extensive experience in providing complex search solutions for both – candidates and clients.

Jana's first language is German, she is also fluent in English. She is passionate about building long-standing relationships and partnerships with medical device professionals and businesses in the DACH Region.
