Kate joined Proclinical in 2020, initially working in the London office before moving to Belgium in 2022 to open our first office in the BeNeLux region. 

Kate brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Senior Director of Global Client Services. With over a decade of experience in the life science recruitment sector, Kate specializes in strategic client management and business development on a global scale, covering everything within medical device & technology, pharma, and biotechnology.

In her current capacity, Kate focuses on overseeing both existing and developing client accounts, ensuring they receive tailored and comprehensive recruitment solutions that align with their specific needs. Her dedication to excellence ensures the smooth delivery of projects, guaranteeing client satisfaction at every stage. Additionally, Kate plays a vital role in overseeing the operations in Belgium, adding significant value to Proclinical’s clientele across the BeNeLux region.

Her first language is English and she also speaks Dutch to a good level. Kate’s strengths lie in developing strategic partnerships with both established and developing organisations within the pharma, biotech, medical device and digital health sectors. She is known for her reliability and transparency, as well as her ambition to provide a solution for every challenge her clients may face on their journey to success.
