Proclinical honoured with International Recruitment Company of the Year award

Global life science recruitment specialists, Proclinical have been recognised as International Recruitment Company of the Year in the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) Awards for Excellence 2023. The award was presented to Proclinical’s Chief Strategy Officer, Dan Jones, Chief Commercial Officer, Neil Winn and Chief Growth Officer, David Bowers at an exclusive lunch ceremony which was held in London on Wednesday 27th September.

For Proclinical, who pride themselves as being ‘Global Growth Partners’, the prestigious accolade cements the company’s commitment to expanding their international footprint to further support the growth of individuals, teams, and whole organisations in the life sciences industry.

Recruitment industry body APSCo, which sets professional standards of excellence for recruitment companies, holds the annual Awards for Excellence – sponsored by 6CATS International, Qdos, Sonovate, Workwell, Access Group and Brookson – to acknowledge professional standards and performance. After being nominated for two accolades; International Recruitment Company of the Year and Recruitment Company of the Year in the £50-250m Turnover category, Proclinical went through a robust judging process which included a face-to-face interview attended by CGO, David Bowers and Head of DACH, Hutan Fatemi. When announcing the International Recruitment Company of the Year award, the APSCo panel said, “The judges were particularly impressed by the alignment and collaboration of the various international businesses within this organisation. It’s representatives talked with passion and energy – including about compliance! Truly an international business, and with impressive numbers to back up the rhetoric”.
