Proclinical is seeking a Qualification & Validation Specialist to focus on ensuring that equipment and processes meet required standards and regulations. Initially, you will work full-time on-site to build connections and receive training, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute qualification and validation protocols for equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation activities.
Document and report validation results and findings.
Identify and implement improvements in validation processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong understanding of qualification and validation principles.
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
