Proclinical are recruiting a Quality Control Qualification and Validation Specialist for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Bern. The client is focused on creating a healthier society.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and/or assist with transcribing specification reports such as URS and system impact assessments (SIA).
Assist with test implementation.
Handle the project(s) of apparatus qualification and Windows 10 movement with the Quality Control division.
To guarantee adherence to budgets and deadlines, you will be accountable for the communication and organisation of project correlated actions.
You will assist and organise computerised and non-computerised system qualification and validation actions.
Evaluate test procedures, plans and documents.
The ideal candidate will assist with the achievement of investigations, change controls and CAPA's in an efficient and timely manner.

Skills & Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a life science, biotechnology or chemistry topic or equivalent work experience.
At least a few years of project management experience which involves the use of pertinent tools such as MS project, project dashboards etc.
Capable of organising actions between different shareholders and divisions.
Past involvement in qualifying gear such as computerised/non-computerised in a GMP setting.
Know-how of regulatory needs in the life science organisation such as GAMP 5, 21 CFR part 11, etc.
Comprehension of analytical technologies.
Able to think analytically and resolve issues.
Communication abilities with the capacity to work well in a team environment.
Assist on various projects, duties, tasks concurrently with the ability to prioritise the workload.
Able to transcribe for scientific/technical reports, guidelines, policies and documents.
Capable of working independently and assuming own tasks allocated to you with the ability to plan and deliver on time.
Fluency in the English language with knowledge in the German language.
