Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Expert to provide quality oversight for engineering and project activities within a Quality Control laboratory focused on biologic products. This role is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to a team-based culture in a leading biotech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate change requests in line with procedures and GMP requirements.
- Serve as the Quality partner for QC Laboratory Projects.
- Support quality system deployment to meet regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality aspects during validation activities, including reviewing validation deliverables.
- Define and challenge validation approaches to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead or review deviations during projects to ensure adherence to procedures and regulations.
- Provide proactive feedback on project activities.
- Prepare, evaluate, and approve controlled documentation revisions.
- Report findings and issues to functional leaders and management.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Quality Management.
- Familiarity with FDA, EMA, ICH, Pharmacopoeia regulations, and ISO Quality standards.
- Background in QC GMP testing on biopharmaceutical products.
- Interest and knowledge in QC equipment/systems and their validation.
- Strong digital technology skills.
- Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
