Quality Assurance (GDP/GMP) and Technical Service Head - APAC

Proclinical is currently seeking a Quality Assurance GDP/GMP and Technical Service Head for a leading Biopharmaceutical company with a heritage of over 100 years and nearly 15,000 employees in over 100 countries. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Quality Assurance and Technical Services Director will assume primary responsibility of overseeing and supporting Asia Pacific affiliates in all matters related to Quality and Technical aspect of manufacturing and new product development / introduction. This role will manage new product development / introduction, managing quality needs in good storage, distribution in supply chain system and supporting compliance effort with GMP/Quality related regulatory requirements from a view point to the Customer, Company and Regulatory authorities.

Skills and Requirements:

• Honors or higher degree in pharmaceutical Science
• A t least 10 or more years' experience in a Regional Quality / Technical management function in a pharmaceutical company with exposures to international regulatory and QA requirements.
• Experience in all aspects QA/QC/ Technical services function and an understanding of either pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetic and supplement production processes, process validation, facilities and equipment qualification.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies of quality performance and achievement measurements to determine progress would be highly desired.
• Extensive team management experience and would have worked as a participative and engaging member within a cross-functional team, building team spirit and beneficial relationships with all contract service providers and business partners.
