Damian joined Proclinical in October 2019. He has 9 years recruitment experience, and 7 years recruitment experience focused on Clinical Development and Medical Affairs hires. He currently leads our Clinical Development and Medical Affairs practices in the US. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hunter College in New York City, Damian joined the recruitment industry in 2015. Damian has extensive experience in filling positions requiring a highly specialized skillsets and/or higher level degrees. Damian is fluent in English and in Polish.
