Phu joined Proclinical Staffing in 2023. Focused within the US market, Phu specializes in recruiting Regulatory Affairs professionals at the mid-to-senior level throughout the life sciences industry. After receiving his Bachelor’s from Rutgers University in 2009, Phu began his recruitment journey in 2010. He started recruiting Regulatory professionals in 2011 and has not looked back since. Phu has extensive full-lifecycle recruitment experience, working closely with his clients and candidates to facilitate a smooth and effective recruitment process. Phu is fluent in English and conversational in Vietnamese.
