Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate and manage multiple tenders related to our innovative product portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments such as sales, service, finance, and legal across the EMEA region. This role holds a hybrid working model with 3 days required on-site each week in either in Cambridge, United Kingdom or in Evry, France.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the full tender process, including reviewing requirements and assisting with quotations.
- Prepare and submit documentation, ensuring proposals are reviewed and approved.
- Complete PQQ, RFQ submissions, and provide technical/compliance information for tender bids.
- Manage tender documents via procurement portals and handle clarification questions.
- Maintain a library of standard documents and responses.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather necessary data and information.
- Oversee the approval process before tender submission.
- Compile and create necessary documents, including CVs, technical information, and presentation slides.
- Review all tender documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in tender coordination preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Collaborative working style.
- Experience in life sciences or clinical diagnostics administration is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
