Sales Manager, Semiconductor Technology - Permanent - Remote within US
For one of our clients, Proclinical are currently looking for a Sales Manager USA - Semiconductor Technology. This role can be performed 100% remotely.
The Sales Manager, Semiconductor Technology's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the American Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) Market
- Build strong customer relationships and establish strategic partnerships
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in relevant market segments
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service
- Conduct market analyses and competitive studies to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure long-term customer retention
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in sales within the semiconductor industry or a technically driven environment
- An existing network with companies in the MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor) sector
- Strong understanding of technological trends and the needs of the semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation to achieve targets
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel within the United States

Compensation:
- $137,000 to $140,000 per annum.
