Senior Director Business Development - Permanent - Remote within US

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Senior Director, Business Development to drive commercial growth and lead high-impact consulting engagements. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience selling regulatory solutions ranging from but not limited to: Submissions and applications to a variety of agencies, CMC, labelling and market regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 10+ years in the life sciences industry (Biotech, Pharma, MedTech), including experience in management consulting or business development.
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements while driving new business growth.
  • Strong strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The Senior Director, Business Development's responsibilities will be:

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and cultivate new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and expand client relationships.
  • Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead strategic consulting projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable business impact.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine high-level strategies that align with client needs and industry trends.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering long-term client partnerships.
  • Communication & Storytelling: Present complex strategies and solutions in a clear, persuasive manner to senior executives.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor and guide teams to ensure seamless project execution and business success.

Compensation:

  • $250,000 to $260,000 per annum.

Additional Information:

  • Location:S.-based with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Travel: Up to 80% (varies by project and client).
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States
