Proclinical is seeking a Senior/Executive Director, Clinical Development to lead and oversee clinical trials in the field of cardiometabolic diseases. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong clinical expertise and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and privacy of patients while maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team to implement clinical trials successfully.
Provide medical expertise and guidance for clinical studies, including training and data review.
Develop strategies to identify and resolve clinical trial issues.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites and stakeholders.
Draft study protocols and collaborate with consultants and contractors.
Oversee medical and safety monitoring, protocol compliance, and data review.
Support the creation of key clinical documents and respond to inquiries from health authorities.
Assist in developing presentations and reviewing scientific publications related to the project.

Key Skills and Requirements:

MD degree required; specialization in cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology preferred.
Experience in drug development within a pharmaceutical company.
Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment and resolve conflicts.
