MS Process Engineer Formulation, Fill and Finishing

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated MS Process Engineer specializing in Formulation, Fill, and Finishing. This role focuses on leading process improvement initiatives and optimizing process parameters to ensure high performance. The position requires a proactive approach to communication and performance monitoring, with an emphasis on Quality by Design (QbD) and Continuous Process Verification (CPV).

Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects and activities.
• Develop and optimize process parameters.
• Ensure process performance through QbD and CPV approaches.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and act proactively on performance trends.
• Lead or support investigations related to deviations and CAPA processes.
• Conduct product impact assessments for deviations.
• Lead projects related to FF processes or equipment, from User Requirements Specifications to Process Performance Qualification.
• Support validation activities.
• Present topics during regulatory inspections.
• Support technology transfer initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong leadership in process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Quality by Design (QbD) and Continuous Process Verification (CPV).
• Ability to identify business opportunities and act on performance trends.
• Experience in leading investigations and conducting impact assessments.
• Competence in managing projects from specification to qualification.
• Experience in supporting validation and regulatory inspection processes.
• Familiarity with technology transfer processes.
