Process Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance and implement systems that optimize service or production processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficient and safe operations from design through manufacturing, with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness and budget adherence. The successful candidate will evaluate and improve existing processes, aiming to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and boost productivity and quality.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance systems to increase efficiency in service or production processes.
• Oversee process design projects ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Design cost-effective processes and equipment for product or service development.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for existing processes.
• Configure manufacturing systems to improve sustainability, productivity, and profitability.
• Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, and conduct testing.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site as remote work is not available.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process design and optimization.
