Project Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineer to manage a diverse project portfolio within biopharmaceutical operations. This role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and scope. The position requires onsite presence in Waterford, Ireland, and candidates must have the right to work full-time in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver process, packaging, and biopharmaceutical equipment projects.
• Oversee procurement and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project deployment.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
• Support project participants in overcoming obstacles.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate necessary site changes.
• Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to project success.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
