Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Partnership Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in clinical research or healthcare sales/account management within the NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening out existing healthcare partnerships and driving the deployment, adoption, and expansion of our portfolio. This role also involves securing new partnerships with prospective healthcare organisations. This position is fully remote within the UK, with occasional national and international travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop business partnerships with healthcare organizations within the UK and potentially other designated countries.
- Develop and execute effective expansion activities with healthcare organizations to meet specific business objectives.
- Utilize data for grant-funded research, industry collaboration, and publication of articles/papers in journals.
- Expand the clinical data workflows from our HCO partners.
- Develop strategies and relationships with key decision makers within designated accounts.
- Stay updated on the clinical research landscape, government and professional group initiatives, associated industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Learn and utilize the associated marketing material to maximize expansion effectiveness and efficiency.
- Attend relevant symposia and congresses to support building relationships with healthcare organizations.
- Maintain diligent reporting through accounts in Salesforce, regular attendance of (virtual) team meetings, and professional presentations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in related fields utilizing EHR data for use in real-world evidence (RWE), biostatistics, clinical trial engagement, clinical research, life sciences, or public health research.
- Experience in building, maintaining, and extending customer relationships, ideally within the NHS.
- Strong business acumen, oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to work closely with and influence related cross-functional groups and other internal and customer stakeholders.
