Proclinical is seeking a Communications Specialist for a Lead role. In this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving effective internal and external communication strategies for the integration of an external company. Expertise in crafting compelling narratives, engaging content and utilising various channels will be essential to ensuring successful change adoption and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to understand the objective and impact of activities to integrate the external company.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans, tailored to specific projects associated with the integration.
- Create clear, concise, and impactful messaging that communicates the purpose, benefits and expectations of change to new joining employees.
- Utilise a variety of communication channels and platforms to effectively reach and engage colleagues across sites.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and managers to enhance their communication skills.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of delivered communications, gathering feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
- Serve as Communications point of contact for affiliate and global communicators.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in corporate communications, with a focus on change management and organisational transformation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful change communication strategies in a corporate environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
