Executive Sales Specialist (Human Array)

Proclinical is seeking an Executive Sales Specialist focusing on the Human Array portfolio in the Mediterranean and France region. This role involves protecting, expanding, and creating new business opportunities in genotyping, with a focus on polygenic-risk scoring, pharmacogenomics, cytogenetics, molecular blood typing, and epigenetics. The successful candidate will collaborate with account management, sales specialists, and global product management to drive revenue growth and maintain profitable margins.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships, portfolio management, and proposal development within the human array markets.
• Develop strategic plans to win new business and expand market share.
• Execute strategies and campaigns to target and secure large human array opportunities.
• Lead by example in business development and participate in campaign planning and customer relationship management.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry practices, and competitive environments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers at all levels.
• Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to customer challenges.
• Collaborate with various functional roles and teammates under the team selling model.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Working history in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, or Biochemistry preferred.
• Experience with DNA microarray technology and genotyping applications is highly desired.
• Research experience in the Genotyping field is a plus.
• Basic experience with product commercialization.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Significant sales or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver customer-facing presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; knowledge of SFDC and JDE is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
