Proclinical is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Partner Markets to manage and drive partnerships in countries outside the US and Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand global reach by refining and executing strategic plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning partner markets with global objectives and enhancing market performance.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and implement commercial strategies across partner markets.
- Promote best practice sharing and leverage insights from other regions.
- Collaborate to improve patient access and develop market access roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with commercial partners.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to support product positioning.
- Lead onboarding of new partners for seamless integration.
- Support financial planning and resource optimization for partner markets.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree; MBA or PhD in science/economics preferred.
- Proven commercial experience in emerging markets.
- Experience in leading oncology products to market.
- Ability to work across cultures and geographies; willingness to travel.
- Understanding of biotech trends and competitive environments.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
