Clinical Supply Chain Co-ordinator - Permanent - USA Wide
Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Clinical Supply Management team. This role is based USA wide with monthly visits to the Boston office mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves managing and distributing investigational products, comparators, and ancillary supplies across multiple studies. The successful candidate will contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and standard procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in clinical supply chain or clinical operations.
- Strong understanding of clinical study design and drug supply management.
- Knowledge of GxP principles, including GCP, GMP, and GDP.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage activities independently in a complex environment.
- Proficient in project management and IRT systems.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
The Clinical Supply Chain Co-Ordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Plan and manage supply and inventory for investigational products and comparators.
- Support lot management activities and manage risks, stock levels, and trends.
- Handle manual and automated shipments, depot transfers, and temperature excursions.
- Manage supply-related documentation and QA/QP release processes.
- Reconcile pack and label kits and support inspection readiness activities.
- Participate in IRT activities, including alert management and user testing.
- Oversee shipping, logistics, drug forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage accountability, reconciliation, returns, and destruction of supplies.
- Generate status reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation and updates of SOPs and work instructions.
