Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator - Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Supply Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing departmental communications and documentation, resolving daily issues, and supporting the clinical supply team with internal technologies. Your organizational skills will be key in preparing and coordinating meeting materials.
The Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator will:
- Manage departmental email inbox and organize documents in systems like eTMF, eQMS, and shared drives.
- Identify and resolve daily issues independently or escalate to the appropriate team member.
- Act as a resource for the clinical supply team regarding internal technologies.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and PowerPoint presentations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in document management systems such as eTMF, eQMS, and shared drives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with clinical supply technologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for meeting coordination.
