Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Supply Chain Director to lead strategic supply chain initiatives within the oncology and biotechnology sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on developing and executing commercial planning processes to ensure successful product launches. The position requires collaboration with various teams to manage business relationships and optimize supply chain operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business.
- Experience in supply chain management within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams and manage SRM and S&OP processes.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and processes.
- Ability to influence and resolve conflicts across diverse teams.
- Skilled in strategic analysis and decision-making processes.
The Commercial SC Director's responsibilities will be:
- Oversee serialization, packaging, and labeling operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement optimal packaging solutions, including testing for durability and safety.
- Lead technical transfers and validations of new packaging processes.
- Collaborate on strategic production planning and translate demand plans into actionable supply plans.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
- Develop and manage a cohesive team to support long-term business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
