An opportunity has opened for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations or Director, Clinical Operations to join an established pharmaceutical company near Geneva, Switzerland on a permanent basis where you'll focus on overseeing their early phase development portfolio within oncology. Our client is a medium sized company who has a great reputation in the industry for developing their employees which allow you to progress further in your career in the future.

Working internationally, the company is looking for a candidate with significant Global Study Management background within reputable Pharma/ Biotech companies where you can successfully manage a Clinical Study Management team focusing within oncology their oncology portfolio. You'll have the chance to work in their offices 2-3 times per week when working in their Swiss offices, or work in France and travel as a "cross boarder worker" 3 times per week into their offices.

Our client is open to EU relocators for this position to Switzerland who are EU citizens.

Key requirements/ responsibilities:

6 to 8 years+ Global Clinical Study Management experience within a Pharma or Biotech.
Significant Phase 0-III experience.
PhD, MSc, BSc or Nursing qualifications.
CRA background preferred, but not essential.
Vendor management/ CRO management in an outsourced capacity.
Experience working within oncology.
People management experience.
