Regional Director - MSLs - Perm - United States

Proclinical is actively seeking a Regional Director for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) for an established biotech. This role is pivotal in driving clinical development within the rare disease sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of MSLs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality scientific support to healthcare professionals.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the rare disease sector
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Experience in providing scientific support to healthcare professionals

The Regional Director - MSLs' responsibilities will be:

Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons
Develop and implement strategic plans for the MSL team
Foster relationships with key opinion leaders in the rare disease sector
Ensure the delivery of high-quality scientific support to healthcare professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clinical development
