She specialises in placing professionals in Commercial & Medical roles. A life science expert, she graduated with a degree in Biotechnology, worked as a genetic researcher and then a medical representative, before joining Proclinical. With a thorough understanding of what the client requires, Nicole is able to find the right candidate that fits in with their company and culture, thus far having a 100% offer acceptance rate.
