James joined Proclinical in June 2021. James leads the Pharmacovigilance team within the UK and Europe delivering on both interim and permanent recruitment requirements.

James started his recruitment career in 2014 working across both Pharmaceuticals and IT.  After a year, he decided to focus solely on the pharmaceutical industry, and specifically on Pharmacovigilance. Over the last 8 years, he has continued to develop his understanding of the Pharmacovigilance industry and has built up a vast network across Europe.

James is passionate about providing a tailored service and his outlook is to provide the most accurate and appropriate candidates in accordance with the clients' needs and timelines.
