Utilities CQV Lead

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commissioning and Qualification Lead for a role in Stein, Switzerland. The successful candidate will oversee the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) scope of a specific process area, ensuring timely and functional delivery in accordance with User Requirement Specifications, Risk Assessments and Verification Plans. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams including Engineering, Operations and external vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee C&Q activities in line with the C&Q Plan and supporting Validation Plans.
• Plan and execute commissioning activities related to allocated areas or systems.
• Coordinate C&Q execution with C&Q EPC teams, Engineering, Operations and external vendors and contractors.
• Support updates of Master C&Q Plan and supporting plans during project execution lifecycle.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling of commissioning activities with construction interface and other disciplines.
• Guide C&Q documentation preparation to ensure correctness, completeness, and alignment across different areas/systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for C&Q execution related activities.
• Oversee Commissioning field execution, including protocols execution.
• Report C&Q status, progress, and issues during project stakeholders' meetings.
• Generate, review and approve C&Q test scripts in accordance with Verification Plans.
• Assist the C&Q Manager with the Handover and Release process.
• Lead the management of change for area elements.
• Liaise with Construction on design and construction issues.
• Participate in construction walk-downs and punch-listing of systems for Mechanical Completion.
• Ensure quality standards are followed during C&Q execution.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant Third Level or a Professional Qualification.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken. German language skills are a plus.
• Experience in use of Kneat for documentation development and execution is desirable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of cGMP.
• Field C&Q execution experience.
