Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is seeking for a talented and experienced Territory Sales Manager in Bengaluru, India join their growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in Mumbai for the Pharmaceutical Ingredient business. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions from our portfolio of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and profit goals.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Analyze sales data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the needs of the changing market.
- Mentor and coach other sales team members.
Qualifications
- Pharma / M. Pharma / science degree with demonstrable years of relevant experience in Pharma Industry (Excipient/API/Capsule).
- Experience in covering entire Bengaluru, Chennai, Sri Lanka .
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of the capsule and health ingredient market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
