Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and passionate Regional Oncology Liaison to join the team. This role focuses on maximizing the potential of our product in key accounts within a defined region, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in oncology sales, preferably in breast cancer, and existing contacts within private healthcare clinics or hospitals in the region. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work autonomously and a willingness to travel as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Maximizing the potential of all products in key accounts, while staying within budget.
- Delivering selling messages and providing a high level of customer service.
- Engaging with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop sales in existing and new accounts.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and developing key account records to manage these relationships.
- Supporting the Country Manager with sales leads and attending international and national conferences/meetings.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
- Proven sales experience in promoting premium products, preferably in medical oncology and diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of KOLs in the Region; including Oncologists, Pathologists, Procurement, and Key Decision Makers.
- Proven large territory and key account management skills.
- Deep understanding and familiarity with clinical research and diagnostics in cancer.
- Excellent understanding of cancer care in the French public healthcare sector.
- Fluency in French.
- Clean French Driver's license.
