Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager, Endoskopie to join a dedicated team. This role focuses on growing sales and enlarging profitability within the gastroenterology and medical devices sector. The successful candidate will implement local sales and marketing strategies, develop a thorough understanding of the products, and support the goals of the specialty.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by independently presenting and selling products and services to various healthcare facilities and key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the product range and a sound understanding of the associated medical discipline.
  • Provide technical training and support to medical personnel on the use of medical devices.
  • Manage territory budget for local events and sample stock.
  • Develop and maintain an annual business plan, including sales increases, risk management, sales opportunities, competitive activity, and contingency plans.
  • Follow through on customer requests and commitments.
  • Monitor and increase market share and competitor activity in the assigned territory.
  • Participate in local and international exhibitions and meetings.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales team members and support functions to provide optimal service to customers and patients.
  • Work with Commercial and Business Care Integration teams to develop contractual opportunities and maximize service.
  • Seek and evaluate new product ideas, assist in product evaluations and clinical studies.
  • Adhere to quality policies and procedures, including complaint handling, product returns, samples, and consignment stock.
  • Comply with all company policies, codes of conduct, privacy regulations, and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous medical sales experience preferred.
  • Product or procedural knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High self-motivation.
