Discipline: Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

Location: Belgium

Proclinical is seeking a Solutions Quality Lead to contribute to quality directions and insights that protect patients and ensure sustainable compliance. This role involves supporting inspection readiness activities and maintaining quality standards in research and clinical operations. The focus is on compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and Human Tissue Authority (HTA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement updates to global regulations through change control processes.
Contribute to and review procedural documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and manage audit schedules for GLP and GCP Lab compliance.
Investigate non-compliance issues and facilitate action plans.
Assess potential vendors for GLP-regulated and GCP Laboratory activities.
Support inspections and investigations as a liaison.
Collaborate on quality initiatives and deliver data analytics insights.
Represent R&D and PV Quality in meetings and provide mentoring to team members

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
Strong collaboration and engagement skills across stakeholder networks.
Ability to influence decision-making within a global matrix organization.
Proficient in managing quality and compliance issues with transparency.
Strong analytical skills for complex data analysis.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in quality optimization projects and issue resolution.
