Senior Project Manager

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join a global development operations team, known as the IPI Team. This role will primarily focus on managing various projects, some of which are technology-based or business process-oriented. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives and reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more high-level, complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including feasibility study, requirements analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning.
• Regularly interact with management and coordinate the activities of project team members.
• Document all project requirements and/or objectives.
• Obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in running medium to large scale projects.
• Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures.
• Experience with project management and analyst methodologies (e.g. Agile) and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business process development best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
• Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
