Proclinical is seeking an Equity Compensation Project Manager to develop and drive the overall annual equity compensation project plan, as well as various special projects or related key plan activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on supporting the delivery of equity compensation plan actions on grant and vest activities under our LTIP and ESPP Offers. You will be responsible for creating efficient project timelines, scheduling and leading checkpoint calls, and maintaining project meeting materials.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or Mathematics preferred emphasis
5 - 7 years' Experience and proven track record in project Management of corporate-wide, and cross-functional processes and programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management.
Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple.

The Sr Project Manager, Compensation's responsibilities will be:

Develops and drives the overall annual equity compensation project plan as well as various special projects or related key plan activities.
Supports the delivery of equity compensation plan actions on grant and vest activities under our LTIP as well as ESPP Offers .
Identifies, creates, and drives efficient project timelines for internal team, stakeholders, and vendor facing deliverables.
Schedules and leads checkpoint calls with internal team and external partners to provide project status updates and to discuss open items.
Maintains and organizes project meeting materials such as agenda, minutes and timeline.

Compensation: USD 60 - 70 per hour
