Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager - Pharma - Munich to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Munich.

Responsibilities:

Handle and be responsible for external agencies to meet goals.
Accountable for handling budget and for ROI analysis to maximise operational investments.
Supervise communications plan and implementation across channels which involves contributing to conferences and congresses.
Identify crucial prospects and challenges in the developing market landscape.
You will challenge current thinking and provide new novel concepts in a cooperative and collegial manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to form the brand value proposition by channel, recognise crucial tactical goals, and methods aligned with the German and international targets.
Assist with market access with contributions to key contents.
The ideal candidate will plan market research actions aligned with tactical targets.
Capture market and policy alterations and competitors' actions to out manoeuvre competition.
You will develop launch plans which involves crucial messages in line with cross-functional team and international method.
