Proclinical is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a global leader in pharmacovigilance solutions. This role is integral to the growth of our sales team, with a focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels to generate leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry events.
  • Thoroughly qualify leads to ensure alignment with target customer profile, understanding their unique needs, budget considerations, decision-making processes, and timelines.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our Suite of PV Products.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads and clients, providing valuable insights, and addressing inquiries or objections in a timely manner.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads at various stages of the sales cycle and facilitating prompt follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team, providing them with high-quality leads and offering support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare software industry.
  • Familiarity with drug safety regulations.
  • Strong technical aptitude or familiarity with software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a keen ability to empathize and respond to client feedback.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and optimization of sales strategies.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and persistence to overcome challenges and navigate through objections.
