This role demands a solid understanding of analytical principles, hands-on experience with targeted liquid chromatography (LC)-mass spectrometry (MS), and familiarity with DMPK fundamentals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field and 1-3 years of experience in bioanalysis.
  • Possesses direct hands-on experience with bioanalysis and absolute quantitation with LC-MS and can perform basic method troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Has a firm understanding of analytical principles and can use figures of merit to evaluate data quality.
  • Provides clear and timely communication for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Perform absolute quantitation on a triple quadrupole LC-MS system and calculations for non-compartmental analysis (NCA).
  • Collaborate with DMPK and pharmacology leads on timeline planning, study prep, and experimental logistics.
  • Collect and record experimental data in an electronic lab notebook, ensuring meticulous documentation, data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance; produce readable and functional reports for PK data.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of experimental techniques and protocols to ensure we deliver high-quality data for decision-making.
  • Monitor consumable inventory and provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance benchmarking for DMPK LC-MS systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Institute of Sciences, In Vitro/Vivo Pharmacology, Science Integration, Innovation and Insights, and more to support the development and progression of therapeutic programs.
  • Foster a team culture of continuous improvement, ownership, professional growth, and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience performing bioanalysis on small molecules and proteins is desirable; experience performing bioanalysis on ASOs is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience using R-Studio, or similar platforms, for data analysis is desirable.
