Quality Assurance Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. This role will ensure that all processes and product-related activities in Quality Control adhere to legal requirements, GMP guidelines, and company policies. The successful candidate will need to have a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and inspection readiness.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA release of excipients and direct materials.
• Evaluate and assess change records.
• Review and approve GMP-related documents.
• Manage and approve OOS, deviations, and CAPA.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments to maintain inspection readiness.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences.
• Experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and quality requirements.
• Results-oriented with an analytical working style.
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
• Proficient in German and English communication.
